Private handmade products cannot be returned or exchanged, please do not buy if you mind. From the beginning of production to shipment, four people will perform quality control on the products throughout the entire process. Start production→Process supervision→Appearance inspection→Final inspection before shipment. So please don’t worry about quality defects.
Defects will occur if mistakes are made during the manual production process. We’ll work on it with another new piece of material until it’s perfect. Therefore, we cannot fully guarantee production times. But you can contact us at any time. We will contact you as soon as possible after the goods are shipped.
